Johnson vacuum valve 19 mmThe vacuum valve is an inexpensive insurance against water ingress into the engine and associated expensive repairs. The maximum ambient temperature should not exceed 60°C.The valve opens at a pressure equivalent to a water column of 3-5 cm. The materials used are seawater resistant and suitable for use with fresh water and glycol at typical concentrations.
